The good news is even half avocado provides 29 milligrams of magnesium which regulates blood in the body. It means that blood keeps rotating and prevents clots. With that, it also reduces diabetes. Furthermore, it has fiber that is excellent indigestion and has poly and monounsaturated fats, all heart-friendly fatty acids. So it reduces heart diseases and makes it stronger.
